My favourite Pokemon (By Xander Perez)

A top 5 list of my favourite Pokemon, nothing too drastic.

1. Bisharp (Steel/Dark)

This Steel/Dark type pokemon is my all time favourite pokemon. I absolutely love his design and whenever I play a Pokemon game, I always have to see whether or not Bisharp is obtainable, that way I can add him to my team.

  • Latest Bisharp I used: Pokemon Sword, Level 70, Name: Archer Emiya, Item: Life Orb

2. Scizor (Steel/Bug)

Next is Scizor, this Steel and Bug Pokemon is my favourite trade evolution pokemon, right next to Gengar and Electivire (Spoilers, Electivire is also here). I love Scizor so much that this pokemon became my first ever Level 100 Pokemon.

  • Latest Scizor I used: Pokemon Ultra Sun, Level 100, Item: Scizorite, Name: Iron Man.

3. Deoxys (Psychic, Mythical)

This mythical with noddles for arms is my favourite one out of the bunch, I don’t know how to explain it’s alien look combined with it’s ability to morph into different forms made it to loveable to me. Unfortunately, I never got to use it in any mainstream pokemon game, only using it when I coded it in a ROM Hack I was playing on my computer, otherwise, Deoxys is my favourite Mythical.

4. Electivire (Electric)

This big electric Yeti stuck with me ever since I first saw back about 5 years ago and I wanted one on my team ever since, unfortunately it can only be obtained via trading but I was thankfully able to have one on my team, albeit after I finished the story. The fuzzy design combined with it’s massive form and electric power made it my favourite electric type (Although Xurkitree and Eelektross are close for me too).

5. Golisopod (Water/Bug)

Now you can’t tell me this thing doesn’t look badass, look at it! A large bug samurai that (In the anime) conjures water katanas when he attacks using Liquidation. Though it is a badass pokemon, it’s ability hinders it where it retreats when at a certain health threshold. Other than that, this pokemon is my all time favourite water type.
